By accessing and using Codes-For-MD's enterprise healthcare IT solutions, medical billing services, and clinical coding dictionary tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform and professional services.
Codes-For-MD provides end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) outsourcing, custom EHR/EMR software engineering, healthcare IT consulting, and an AI-powered clinical coding dictionary for medical organizations, hospitals, and independent practices. Our core offerings include:
Authorized users and hospital administrators are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of their account credentials, multi-factor authentication tokens, and API keys. You agree to notify Codes-For-MD immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized access to your organization's portal.
Users acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of our services complies with all applicable federal healthcare regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Protected Health Information (PHI) must be transmitted and handled in strict accordance with Codes-For-MD's official HIPAA compliance policies and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).
While Codes-For-MD employs certified AAPC/AHIMA medical coders and advanced AI algorithms to maintain highly accurate clinical dictionaries (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), healthcare providers and medical organizations remain ultimately responsible for verifying code selections prior to official claim submission or clinical charting. Codes-For-MD is not liable for billing rejections, audit penalties, or clinical misinterpretations resulting from improper code utilization.
Subscription fees for SaaS modules and contracted RCM outsourcing rates are billed in accordance with your organization's active Service Level Agreement (SLA). Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Codes-For-MD reserves the right to suspend platform access or professional services for accounts with delinquent balances exceeding 30 days.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for material breaches of these Terms & Conditions, unauthorized distribution of proprietary data, or fraudulent billing activities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codes-For-MD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of the use or inability to use our software, APIs, or professional billing services.
Codes-For-MD reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changing CMS guidelines, federal statutes, or platform capabilities. Continued utilization of our services following any published modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
